Man Utd with a great performance today vs City. City couldn’t handle the speed of United’s front 4 on the counter. Great performances from Rashford and Wan-Bissaka but Daniel James is MOTM. City’s class is clear to see though. EPL out of reach but UCL is in their sights.

It’s a Manchester derby weekend. Let’s hear your predictions. Match reaction will come tomorrow.

World of Soccer is looking to be up and running again soon. Stay tuned for more details

Who was your EPL player of the week?

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Jose is OUT! If I’m the United board I’m going all in for Pochettino in the summer and trying to bring Kane with him. If not him I expect it to be Zidane. As far as Jose, expect him to be back in a job in summer. Wouldn’t rule out a return to Real Madrid.

Liverpool absolutely battered United today. Shaqiri MOTM due to his goals, but Fabinho best player on the pitch for me. Picked passes (assist to Mane was class), ran by players, and can cover van Dijk when he runs forward. Got to think Jose is looking at the sack.

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

You’ve got to think Jose’s job is on the line Sunday at Liverpool. United lay an absolute egg today. A win woulda somehow topped the group, but they were shocking. Can’t see Jose turning it around at United. Liverpool are licking their chops after watching that performance.

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Valencia playing United off the park. Could be 3-0 Valencia. United can’t even string 5 passes together. You’ve gotta be worried about this weekend at Anfield if you’re a United fan.

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

How about James Milner today? He’s got the energy of a 5 year old on Christmas morning when he steps on the field. He, Robertson, and Van Dijk were brilliant today..along with Salah

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Next 3 weeks will define LFC’s season. Starts with must win vs Napoli at Anfield in UCL. Next 5 fixtures: United (h), Wolves (a), Newcastle (h), Arsenal (h), and City (a). Beat Napoli + take 11 points from EPL games=threat in UCL and title challengers. Less than that=in trouble

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

MOTM has to be David Luiz. Even before his goal he snuffed out attacks, won balls in the air, and dropped dimes to the wingers. Then scored a fantastic header. So much for the criticism after his performance vs Spurs.

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Cesar Azpilicueta has got to be one of the best defenders (either as CB or RB) in the world. He’s been immense all half up against Leroy Sane.

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Literally 10 seconds after I tweet that he scores a goal

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Biggest criticism of Marcus Rashford is his final touch. He has been outstanding all game. If he can be more lethal in front of goal he could be a top striker in the EPL.

Who left the best impression from the USMNT October camp?

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

The predictions for today’s featured games:
-Juventus to beat Napoli -Liverpool to beat Chelsea -Atletico to beat Real Madrid

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

And we end the day with the Madrid Derby @ the Santiago Bernabéu. Atletico sits 3rd, 2 pts behind Real in 2nd. Real is coming off a 3-0 loss to Sevilla, while Atletico beat Huesca 3-0. Marcelo and Isco will miss the match through injury. Expect many late tackles flying in today.

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Another top of table clash occurs in England when Liverpool (1st) travel to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea (2nd). They met a few days ago in the League Cup with Chelsea winning a game featuring many reserves. With Liverpool’s best back on the pitch could things be different?

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

The first game to watch will be a top of the table clash in Serie A as 2nd place Napoli travels to leaders Juventus, who are unbeaten so far. Despite their unbeaten start CR7 has yet to hit top form for Juve, but today would be a perfect day for him to get back to his best.

[World of Soccer @WorldofSoccerR1]

Man United’s poor run of form continues as they get absolutely embarrassed at West Ham 3-1. Three massive games later on today that will be your games to watch this weekend.
