When police arrived, that person, a man, took off on his bike. Police caught up with him and tried to stop him. That's when Madison police chief says that the man either fell or was taken. Off his bike by police and then during a scuffle on the ground, officers say their suspect pulled out a large knife. Madison police released a pic of the knife to the public, and the chief says a taser was used in an attempt to subdue their suspect, but it was unsuccessful. ”
