@Airbnb Disappointed…. My 70 year old Sister in Law paid £3786 to stay in an Airbnb… and it’s filthy, both inside and out…. Called Airbnb and explained, they promised to try and find somewhere else, and refund her payment…. That was this morning… she has heard nothing 😡
