Spotify is testing a skip button that lets premium users bypass podcast ads, except the ones Spotify sells itself

"They're testing a skip button for their premium subscriber, Jason. The button will controversy allow premium users to skip through sections of their favorite podcasts, including the ads, the publisher sold ads. But Spotify is exempting their own ads. So you can't use it to skip through an ad that Spotify sold. But you could use it to skip through like all of the ads that we're putting on our podcast that we're not selling through Spotify"
