@rode_tushar @johnnyxbrown I think increasing your HDL to triglycerides ratio. But if it's triglycerides to HDL ratio then you should focus on lowering it.

@Dreammyw0w @BradR1115 @lofty_ai An LLC is the owner of the property and every investor in the property is co-owner of the LLC if I'm correct. You get paid a part of the rent. E.g.: you own 1% of the shares so you get paid 1% of the rent.

If there is no one to rent you don't get paid.
