The City of Rīga offers a bulk waste challenge. Citizens are dumping bulky waste, like old sofa's in courtyards or illegally next to waste containers, leaving the problem to get rid of it to others. The capital city, home to 600,000 inhabitants, is left with 46.000 m3 bulky waste
