@rvdh1994 @AgeOfEmpires I hoped for the same but this was likely thrown away when Ensemble collapsed and/or because they stopped making them after AoE3. They'll treat AoE4 as a return to the golden era. Hopefully one day we'll see an AoE game with more modern eras. Any new AoE game is good though!

But I'm paying £10.99 a month for a service that isn't working. Also the fact that a live event is happening shouldn't mean all the support team are busy?!
