I run Suede Labs with zero employees. This is the map.
Six surfaces, one terminal. Code ships on push to 30+ live sites. Eight iOS apps get archived and uploaded from the same terminal. The agent endpoints charge per call in USDC. The social drafts, the email intake, the welcome sequence: all of it is wired into Claude Code.
None of it is magic. It is a folder of skills. Each one is a markdown file that tells the agent how we do a specific job, from a code review to an Amazon return.
The skills are open. 71 of them, one plugin install.
Reply SKILLS and I will send you the pack.
Suede Agent Studio on stripe acp x402 Base and all traditional rails. I’ve seen a lot of wait lists raising millions recently in hopes to someday build what already is. Endpoints live. https://t.co/fGTagTZMaq
Exciting updates on the board! We’ve added new campaigns and reopened onboarding now is the perfect time to invite your friends. Your referral totals are tracking toward future profit sharing, so keep growing your network.
Remember that your reputation score is now live and reflects your engagement quality. To maximize your score, avoid generic AI responses; stick to thoughtful, multi-sentence replies, include relevant graphics, and use proper cashtags and hashtags. Let’s keep the discourse high-quality and within TOS. Single sentence generic responses are not what we are building here.
Do not use anything in place of official insignia used by each brand. For instance do not use an AI stylized S in the case of Suede Labs running a brief.

A new chapter for Suede
Today is a big day for our team.
We are shipping the new multichain(30+) Suede swap and yield vaults site — a complete ground-up rebuild of the platform, with over 163 DNS endpoints reconstructed end-to-end. Every route, every redirect, every subdomain has been audited, simplified, and consolidated under one canonical surface at https://t.co/MViSS5lY94. What used to be a sprawl of legacy domains, frozen properties, and half-overlapping product surfaces is now a single unified infrastructure that does one thing well: connect creators, capital, and on-chain ownership across every chain that matters.
The new multichain swap routes liquidity into Suede's yield vaults the moment a deposit lands — no waiting, no manual bridging, no friction between the asset you hold and the position you want to take. Whether you arrive on Base, Solana, or any of the chains we've integrated, the experience is the same: deposit, earn, withdraw, repeat.
The new yield vaults are built around real revenue — artist royalties, IP licensing, agent commerce — not synthetic emissions. Each vault discloses what backs it. Each vault publishes its earnings. We rebuilt the entire vault architecture from scratch around one principle: if a holder can't see exactly what's generating their yield, the vault doesn't ship.
As we've mentioned recently, our backing from industry leaders is progressing — and it has unlocked access to more than capital. It has opened up engineering resources, distribution surfaces, brand partnerships, and infrastructure-grade integrations the whole team can leverage in real time. The runway expanded; so did the toolkit. The result is showing up in the velocity of releases like this one.
Wait till you see what we do next.

Authorship isn’t claimed.
It’s captured at the source.

This is the most important thing to understand about Suede Labs AI.
Most platforms monetize attention. We monetize ownership.
The global IP licensing market is $300B. BMI sold for $1.7B. Kobalt hit $1B. SESAC sold for $1.15B. These are middlemen running on infrastructure that was never built for the internet.
Suede replaces the entire layer.
When IP gets used commercially inside Suede, it licenses automatically. Everyone upstream gets paid. No middlemen. No manual splits. Every asset owned, programmable, licensable. Every derivative carries an automatic split graph.
Value doesn’t just accumulate. It compounds.
That model, at scale, against a $300B market, is how you get to a billion-dollar infrastructure company. The infrastructure is live. The market hasn’t priced it yet.
I’ve attached a thread for anyone who wants the full picture. 🧵

Late to see this — but not taking it for granted.
Honored to be named @base Builder of the Week by @jesseXBT @jessepollak
Respect to @bvdani_el and the team. A lot coming to $SUEDE.
Our goal has never been anything less than a personalized model for every artist on the planet—one that doesn’t just create, but earns.
ACP, x402, and the systems around programmable ownership and monetization have been part of this vision from the start—the rails that make it possible, even if they’re not the part people see or get excited about.
We’ve already been using Model-Conditioned Prompting (MCP) to fine-tune and adapt AI responses—but now we’re scaling this into a much larger deployment.
We’ve built the infrastructure—registry, protection, ownership.
Now we enter the phase that matters—and the part that’s actually fun: teaching creators, through system prompts and education, how to turn those assets into real money.
And we’re hitting the inflection point where outputs aren’t just creative—they’re monetizable.
With MCP, every artist can generate content that doesn’t just reach an audience—it converts. Into streams, into sales, into owned revenue channels.
Suede is where creative output becomes economic output—where your sound isn’t just heard, it pays.
Ambassadors—be prepared.
Stay tuned—your model, your audience, your income. Powered exclusively by $SUEDE
The Suede full-stack approach will be invaluable with massive capture due to our alignment with agentic push. Every $SUEDE feature is modular and composable across all meaningful protocols: X402, ACP, all major chains. Unstoppable momentum will compound at staggering rates. The Suede Snowball…..
Eric Dane has delivered a final speech to his daughter and the world.
“I hope I've demonstrated that you can face anything, you can face the end of your days, you can face hell with dignity.”
Our registry separates ownership from identity. Creators can receive royalties directly to an address without disclosing who they are. You prove what you're owed without needing to reveal who you are.
Bitcoin already demonstrated this model works for value transfer. You control the level of disclosure you're comfortable with, and the blockchain handles the rest.
Privacy isn't a compromise we're willing to make. It's infrastructure we're building in from the start.
A recent Bloomberg TV segment highlighted how AI-generated tracks are climbing the charts, with listeners frequently unable to tell whether a song was made by a person or a model.
AI platforms have lowered the barrier to creation. Labels are scrambling to adapt through licensing deals and new policies.
The tension isn't about creativity disappearing. It's about attribution breaking under scale.
When sound moves faster than context, authorship becomes fragile. Metadata is stripped, credits fall away, and by the time questions surface, the work has already traveled further than identity can follow.
AI didn't create that gap. It revealed it.
Suede enables creation while establishing attribution from the start. Voiceprint authentication and on-chain registration make authorship verifiable before the work spreads.
Clarity built in, not recovered later. 🔒
Suede's IP Registry is now fully integrated into the Base app. 🎵
This demo shows how creators register vocals, tracks, and artwork on-chain in seconds. Configure licensing templates, set custom pricing, and automate royalty distribution.
Add contributors, track licenses, and monitor derivatives in real-time, all within Base's unified platform.
No manual payments, no complex contracts. Just seamless IP protection where creators already work.
See the full workflow in action: register, configure, and track—all on Base. ✨
Attribution shatters before sound spreads.
"I run" by Haven went viral with AI-processed vocals that sounded like Jorja Smith. Millions of streams. Listener confusion. Fake clips circulated as "unreleased Jorja."
She denied involvement. Her label claimed infringement.
The track disappeared, then returned with different vocals. Not because the music was illegitimate. Because authorship and vocal identity became impossible to verify at scale.
When you can't verify authorship from the start, credit collapses into assumption. And assumption turns into dispute.🎤
Suede establishes identity before scale. So voices aren't mistaken, ownership isn't argued after the fact, and creators don't lose control once the internet moves faster than context.🔒
These days, algorithms control much of our lives. What we see, what we buy, the music we hear. 🔒
But algorithms don't understand us - they simply track what we repeat. They optimize for consistency, loop back what worked before, and avoid anything unexpected.
Efficient for platforms. But it narrows discovery. Flattens art into data points. Leaves us disconnected.
Suede exists because AI should amplify what makes creators unique, not flatten them into generic outputs designed to game a feed.
Your voice. Your model. Your ownership. 🎯
New Year’s Resolution (Founder Edition)
For a long time, I believed a founder’s job was to persuade.
To excite.
To keep attention in the room.
That era is over.
I’m not here to narrate progress, reassure markets, or perform transparency for applause. I’m here to build systems that speak only when they’re finished—and say very little when they do.
Permanent things don’t yell.
My measure of progress is now one question, asked daily:
Is what we’re building harder to remove today than it was yesterday?
If the answer is yes, it was a successful day—even in total silence.
If the answer is no, then the effort, noise, and urgency were just motion without consequence.
I’m no longer optimizing for excitement.
I’m optimizing for irreversibility.
Speculation exists. Fine.
Speculation buys time. Nothing more.
Time only matters if it’s converted into something that cannot be easily undone.
Price is weather.
Infrastructure is climate.
Climate always wins.
This means clear boundaries:
• No hype
• No “big announcements”
• No narrating effort
• No explaining volatility
• No centering tokens, metrics, or mood
I’m not running for office.
I’m building infrastructure.
Real infrastructure becomes assumed.
No one applauds electricity.
No one cheers running water.
But remove them—and everything breaks.
That’s the benchmark now.
Not “are people excited?”
Not “is anyone talking about us today?”
But simply:
If this disappeared tomorrow, what would break?
Silence isn’t absence.
Stillness isn’t weakness.
Often, it’s the phase where the concrete sets.
So the resolution is straightforward:
• Build what’s hard to remove
• Favor architecture over attention
• Choose dependency over headlines
• Judge progress by friction, not noise
• Optimize for decades, not cycles
Louder isn’t stronger.
Calmer often is.

We are excited to announce that the Suede Trust Layer is now officially featured on the Base App.
Creators can now register and protect their work directly through Base, bringing on-chain IP authentication to Coinbase's everything app.
Whether you're creating music, art, or any other digital asset, Suede's IP registry is now accessible within Base—combining social, payments, and creative tools in one place.
This integration puts IP protection where creators already are, making it easier to secure ownership and control how your work is used. 🔐
