@AlexH_NE @CasseyLottman For the most part things stay as they are now from what I understand. In that the ordinance would not be updated. But it would make trying something like this again much more difficult in the future and would make things worse in particular for trans folks.

@AlexH_NE @CasseyLottman The most charitable read is that they're operating under the assumption that there are more people who will vote for the ordinance. I don't know where they found this treasure trove of voters and donors and volunteers but that's the only charitable read.

I know that liberals like to passively believe that people will be nice and vote for nice things. But anything involving trans people is going to be a knock down drag out fight & we are just not prepared for that right now. Like the leaders in the trans community told you before.
