Children in Reception have been superstars today. They listened very carefully to find out why we wear poppies and why Remembrance Day is important. They asked some really mature questions and discussed a time when they had been brave. All children worked hard to make a medal🏅

The School Councillors worked hard with Miss Berry to create a poppy wreath using a mixture of collage materials. Schools from across the Trust also made wreaths, which have all contributed to a large Remembrance piece of art that will be displayed at the Centre of Excellence🌹

We enjoyed using the colourful scarves to pretend to be fireworks 🎆 💥🎆
