Singer-songwriter Suzi Quatro said Welsh music icon Bonnie Tyler, who died aged 75 in a Portugal hospital, will be remembered forever through her hit 'Total Eclipse of the Heart,' calling it a song every new generation will rediscover https://t.co/1MW6PuRJ6g
@TimSmith2021@RollingStones For me too! Annoying when you consider how far in advance the vinyl was paid for. I have heard the album, though, and it is superb. God bless The Rolling Stones.
@dror_nahum Bad Luck Hideaway is a superb track with great Mick and Keith blended vocals 👍 I can’t understand why it wasn’t part of the standard track list? Maybe because it dated from older sessions.
I've known Bonnie since I was a kid. she was friends with my dad in the early days, and over the years I had the privilege of working with her, doing gigs together, and just spending time in her company.
My sincere view is that having a staunch devolutionist in Number 10 offers hope for redesigning the UK.
But this must mean not just driving power out of London into the English regions, but to the national parliaments too.
Our Senedd must be empowered, not bypassed.
Fewer people in America are reading books. Which is disastrous for understanding, empathy, dialogue, thought, connection and all the good things that reading fiction and non-fiction books bring. Fear it's the same in the UK.
People versus the establishment?
Are you kidding?
Nigel Farage is the son of a stockbroker who went to Dulwich College and then follows his dad into the city, gets gifted millions, promotes crypto and gold bullion, been in politics for decades - he IS the establishment
54% of the Clacton electorate didn't vote for Nigel Farage in the last general election.
That very same 54% have an opportunity to do what would be the funniest thing ever seen in UK politics 😂😂😂😂
