Hello Epic Games Support Team,
I am writing to appeal a recent 1-year ban on my account for allegedly using cheats (Sanction ID: ⁠643f881d-1156-48e3-a8e8-19cb2f37857e⁠).
I want to state with complete honesty that I have never used any cheats, hacks, macros, or unauthorized software in Fortnite.
I am 16 years old and my biggest dream is to become a competitive Fortnite pro player. I live in Kazakhstan, where I have to play on around 80 ping every single day. To make my connection as stable as possible and reduce packet loss, I use ExitLag, a widely used network optimization tool. I do not use any other background applications or third-party software while playing.
I strongly believe this ban was a false positive caused by my network routing software (ExitLag) or a system mistake. Becoming a professional player means everything to me, and I would never risk my account or my future in esports by breaking the rules.
