@AreYouObjective Yes, there is an example of someone dying after breaking down on a smart motorway: Ana Borges's car was hit by a lorry while broken down on the M1. Borges said she broke down between emergency bays and never reached the next one, which was 400 yards away.

This in turn, will drive business that consider investing in our centre out & back to out of town shopping centres. Surly you don’t want to discriminate against disabled customers.
