I just placed an order. The delivery partner came to my house but asked me to cancel the order instead of delivering the product. When I refused to cancel, he left without delivering the item. Please help resolve this issue.

I've received an SMS regarding TDS for PAN AQEXXXXX4M, but this PAN does not belong to me or my organization. It appears my mobile number may have been incorrectly linked with someone else’s PAN.
@blinkitcares@letsblinkit, I did not receive my order, yet it has been marked as delivered in the app. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to cheating, fraud, and misrepresentation.
Hi @RailwaySeva, I issued a half-yearly season ticket on 16th November 2025, which is valid until 19th May 2026. Since the old UTS app was discontinued on 1st March, how can I transfer my ticket to the new RailOne app?
