The sun set long ago
The sands all drained
Hourglass now empty
This day is through
Time
Never have you
Been my friend
Never lingering
Never stopping
Forever in a hurry
Alone once again
I’m left here in this bed
With nothing
But this dream
Of You

Ngoc Quan Le👇
A panoply of adventures
All my life long collected
Living and dead together exist
The head word being Family
Not the Dagger in the Grave
My mischievous life
Spinning around
Spirits and Sensuality
With poetic turns
In each step

Just a quick sauce
Sautéed onion
Slivered garlic
Red pepper flakes for heat
Tomato sauce and wine vinegar
Pasta water
Ribbons of basil
Spaghetti tossed in
Until Al dente
Finished to perfection
With fresh grated Parm
Full belly
Happy cook

The #headwords had been found
She now had a name for her campaign
It could be understood quickly
It would resonate with many
By having these words in place she could focus properly
She could release her anxiety now

Sixty-two years ago, on October 14, 1964, Daddy learned that he had been selected to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. He was just 35 years old.
The honor recognized his leadership in the nonviolent struggle for civil rights. He accepted it on behalf of a movement whose courage and sacrifice had shown the world the power of nonviolence.
Daddy’s philosophy calls us to confront injustice, transform unjust systems and affirm the dignity of every human being. It requires courage, discipline and love in action.
Sixty-two years later, that work remains urgent. The responsibility to advance it remains ours.
We honor my father’s legacy by practicing nonviolence in our daily lives and continuing the work to create the Beloved Community.

The monarch butterfly isn't brave to fly
& blaze the drowsy morning in his yellow.
Such flowers shine insipid in reflexive light
They have no choice but to, but me
I choose to write. More bravely than the bird
Who, tho singing often, does not speak a word.
The blood_moon sat high & large in the sky. It had a demonic, eerie effect on the farmland. Odd howls were giving him doubts of his bravery. He must pass thru a dense stand of weeping willows to reach his friend's home. One step in, the howls were above him. #horrorprompt#vss365
In my view, the drawdown is a pretty good indicator that whatever underhanded backroom deal they had been working on has coagulated enough … so much for the bravery of this fine gathering of troops… #BraveWrite² #oxj#Vss365#WriteMap
