URGENT: @WhatsApp has wrongfully banned our official WhatsApp Business number ([phone]). This is a false positive and is seriously disrupting our business.

This number was flagged approximately one year ago. After we requested a review, WhatsApp restored the account, and it continued operating normally.

We now face the same issue again, but the app says “Requesting a review is not available.”

Our WhatsApp Business account is an essential part of Writebing's operations. We receive leads through our Meta Verified pages, communicate with prospective clients, manage existing clients and coordinate ongoing projects through this number.

What makes this even more frustrating is that when we contact the Help Center, we are receiving only automated AI responses instead of genuine human assistance or an escalation option.

There has been no genuine violation warranting this ban. We are requesting @Meta and @WhatsApp to escalate this case to a human reviewer, investigate the false positive, and restore our business account immediately.
