@beyoncegarden Children like color. Rainbows are naturally occurring events. Rainbows are all over various toys for young kids like Care Bears (genderless) and My Little Pony. The rainbow is in the Bible. The only people who can see a symbol as only one thing are... weird to me.

@Suzierizzo1 She got a Tesla and complained? She would have a bike and a bus / metro pass until she got a job to buy her own. That's too spoiled and you only have 2 years to correct that before she's an adult too entitled for anyone to tolerate.

@twibuznewss I pray no one was in the back seat of the car that took the main impact. My child usually sits in that center seat and I was immediately nauseated thinking she would have been killed on impact.

@educator4ever36 In every community? in every family? I think there at least needs to be an option. I know people who were victims of abuse who don't have the language or ability to teach their children in a healthy way, they value the school option because it didn't exist for them.

@redroomrantings Well some people are growing things in their garden, come people freeze or preserve, and lastly most fruits that are healthy last longer than a week.

@RepJackKimble Ooohhh... they could model off the country that was started from people leaving England (France and Spain) to emigrate. They did take the land from the natives but became known for welcoming all immigrants to their shores.

It only lasts about 250 years though.

@didem5654 I think this might be different culturally. If you're used to switching shoes when at home etc it could be tempting to want to put on slippers etc.

I also think there's hubris in feeling ok to comment or ask someone to do something different because it might be an issue.

@muheediva01 - people from out of state apply and expect you to pay moving costs, or are using it to meet unemployment requirements.

- likelihood of backing out of the commute is too far and you need to know if you're willing to negotiate for them.

Some gov works have location reqts

@Gr82BA10ACVol @LMJofficially We live in the DC Area. Both work in different locations and want to stay in a decent school district. Without an hour plus commute each way, there are no houses under 250k and nothing for a family of 4 in the area under 600k.

@lorahmoe I had lost a lot of weight gained during college in my 20s. The last time I had been that small, I'd been assaulted as a young teen.

Cue a pastor at church commenting on my body and how I didn't need to lose any more cause I was just right.
