Announcing The O’Brien Bookseller of the Year 2021!
Huge congratulations to Louisa Cameron of @ravenbooks! Louisa is a hands-on, inspiring bookseller who has been a shining light to her local community throughout the last year. This award is so well deserved!
@WriterBredaJoy I re-found the JOY in finishing Eat the Moon. I'm off to finally write a review for you. I have to say that I was totally hooked the whole way through and thoroughly enjoyed the writing. A wonderful book. (apologies for delay) It is a book I'll read again.
It has been difficult for government, in fairness, let me say that but I have been alarmed at reports of conflict between the Attorney General and members of cabinet. Confusion and concern so late in the day helps no one. We need clarity. @MaryLouMcDonald on @kerrytodayrk
@eamonn_98 Skibbereen Westport Ballyvaughan Bantry Cahersiveen are all great towns with interesting hinterlands as is Birr which has a fascinating history and Georgian guest houses to die for. As a Killarneyite I find Offally and Roscommon great alternatives to tourism honey spots.
