2/2 I’ve been following your three defamation lawsuits fairly closely, and every time I think you’ve got your big chance to “get the government on the stand and put it on trial” (or however you used to say it) via a deposition or discovery, you invariably find a way not to. Without exception.
And then last month your co-producer on The Deep Rig finally admitted that as far as he know, there’s no truth to any of it. Not he Craft Services kid, not the Key Grip, not the Gaffer, but the co-producer. Goddamn dude! He couldn’t produce a single objectively provable thing to back up any of it. NOTHING. Nor have you. But that will be conveniently ignored.
I'm including his admission here so folks can see for themselves.
Then just as deposition day is approaching, you crap out this silliness about the DEA tipping you off that Venezuela has a price on your head so you flee to Dubai…as though Dubai has laws against murder and the US doesn’t, and Venezuelan hit squads can't book flights to the Arabian Peninsula. But then you realize DEA records can be FOIAed so suddenly it was Ghanaian intelligence who tipped you off. Because democratic Ghana, which does a whopping $1M in annual trade with Venezuela, is going to have its finger on the pulse of that country’s murderous plots.
Finally, I’d challenge you to conduct a calibration of your followers. Tweet this, without a bit of editorializing:
On a scale of 1 (not at all) to 10 (absolutely) mark how firmly you believe in the following:
[ ] The Covid vaccine contains microchips
[ ] The moon landings were faked
[ ] The earth is flat
[ ] the 2020 election was rigged
[ ] Climate change is a hoax
[ ] 9/11 was an inside job
Then you should share your beliefs with this bunch and see how they take it.
That will reveal how likely your followers are to believe truly abhorrent things that far, far too many people would have to be a party to and yet either be killed or miraculously and contrary to all human nature, remain silent about. That will put so much of this into perspective.
1/2 I don't recall ever being called dull. Back in the day, I was flattered when you occasionally called me a genius. Of course back then, my opinions were generally aligned with yours.
As for all this election denialism, you are 100% wrong, but I'm certain you believe it, so I don't think you're "lying". Trumpism is as literal a church (cult, really) as there ever has been. He's the infallible, divinely appointed pontiff, and you're something like a cardinal -- a title with many privileges -- and these are your sheep. The cost of switching, as they say, would be far too high, so I get it. There's a lot of ego invested in your cardinalate, and the ego protects us from the discomfort and anxiety of cognitive dissonance and so here you are.
The simple truth is, every last claim to come out of this camp withers away under the pressure of just a little bit of scratching, and wither away it literally does. What zooms into the status of canon for a week silently evaporates and is forgotten the next week. From hacked thermostats to Rubbermaid bins full of fake ballots poorly hidden under tables. All fizzle and give way for the next soon-to-be-forgotten extreme implausibility.
A very solid example: so much was made of the fact that in 2020, at 21:18:59 in Pennsylvania, Biden suddenly gained 337,019 votes, jumping ahead of Trump. What is not mentioned is that at 21:22:45 (not quite four minutes later), Biden lost 416,589 votes, meaning that during that brief interlude, Trump actually bested Biden by 121,749 votes. But that didn’t fit the narrative, so let’s just ignore it. And don’t take my word for it. Look it up yourself (I’m attaching what you’ll find when you do).
