I appreciate swiggy today, I placed an order but even after 2 hrs it was not delivered. I had conversation with customers service. He immediately assigned new Delivery partner. I understand sometimes Delivery person could face some issue. And delays happen. Thanks @Swiggy

I am deleting @zomato the service is pathetic. I ordered pav bhaji. Restaurant Delivered was stale and extremely spicy. I shared the photo. But no executive was there to revert me. If u dnt wnt to give refund but atleast ask the restaurant to exchange it.

@zomato it is the thing even if customers money get wasted you ppl dnt care. Then what r u just providing Delivery? If yes then we all boycott. Y don't you check restaurents quality before onboarding. Its ur Responsibility if they provide bad food. Why u r wrking with them.
