Hi all, due to Covid-19 we're on temporary hiatus. We hope in this time you can focus on your (community's) health & wellness 1st and foremost & not productivity demands💛
But, if you *are* working from 🏠 & want to connect/write w. others, @UWaterlooWCC has new digital option⬇️
@NadineFladd @EricDemore @BooksYarnLogic Thanks! Yes, I know it'll get better. I'm going to try the new online yoga from UW, as well as limiting news intake today. I also wrote to Trudeau to urge a lockdown, and so am trying to take small actions to feel more in control. It's not much, but I hope it helps the paralysis
@EricDemore @NadineFladd @BooksYarnLogic I had the same problem, Nadine. The feelings crept in and I began almost hyperventilating last night. Had to soothe with John Denver and Kenny Rogers before sleep to calm my heart rate and breathing. Still tossed and turned for what felt like hours. Hang in there❤️ -Sara
@profecowling@Meghan_K_Riley Turns out I was incorrect - I guess they did shut it down, and at the time I was too young to recall it:

@profecowling@Meghan_K_Riley The airspace closed over the US, but I don't think the land border closed... It would have been hard when back then Canadians didn't even need a passport to go to USA
