You are of course correct, but its hard to contact retailers on behalf of thise whose parcels are dumped unceremonially on the roadside.

Three parcels delivered to my address today, dumped roadside. One is for me. The other two for addresses in my general postal area. This happens almost every day in our area. Our community is delivering for @Evri_parcel_ and their drivers are NOT
