This is truly the unofficial sixth borough of NYC.

But I'll be flying out to see this new building when I visit. Impressive.

Jersey City's Triple Towers

Jersey City completes all three towers. The structure in the center is 72 stories high, making it soar to the skies within the height of an estimated 721 ft, maybe 221metres in vertical measurement.

Construction began 9 years ago back in 2016. Not sure when the ribbon cutting ceremony takes place at the minute though. But on the reverse side of the building, situated on Hudson Street, you'll see that the buildings are joined together by a shared podium, which is the building's base, containing 8 floors in total. It's pretty cool, if you ask me.

Hope they don't build too many skyscrapers though. Every city should have its own unique look when it comes to corporate buildings ascending to the skyline.

We already have New York City that's set the standard of being an ever changing metropolis, where buildings are going up every 3 years at an alarming rate.

A small percentage of the building is available for residential spaces too, whilst a plaza feature has been included. Exciting eh.

A Previously shared article on the profile of a fictional character, written by myself. Thought I'd share again.

Bryan Jacobs was a hulk of a guy, standing at 6'3. He'd built up a reputation for his outdoor workout sessions on Santa Monica beach in LA, where he'd often bench-press 280 lbs, although his own body weight was 235lbs.

Having a background with the military police, made him a critical thinker, learning how to think calm and de-escalate dangerous situations in public.

This fell in nicely with being a role model to those willing to detangle themselves from reputations associated with social disorder and crime.

He had an original background in the Chicago projects, where he was born and raised. School days were outstanding, despite a lack of male role models available for his age group to follow. Although he could have easily been a college graduate, he wanted to join the military police, as he had experience that came with a passion for protecting his own turf, let alone others, giving him total respect in his neighbourhood, together with the odd rivalry from those not approving of his standards in the community, all because they had a street credibility to maintain. Therefore, he achieved a professional career in learning about military protection in relation to convoy security and any support the military needed.

Coming out the military, gaining ten years experience in leadership, teamwork and problem- solving, saw him execute a business plan to set up a security firm, hiring people to be body guards for celebrities, including unknown wealthy clientele, whenever they journey'd for important events whether by car or on a private jet.

Nowadays, he spents more time in the sun than he does in Chicago Illinois. Bryan enjoyed the benefits of being by the beach, due to its negative ions being present in the atmosphere, attributed to the sea environment, as this would re-energize him regularly.

Outside of his business interests, he's currently a law undergraduate, all associated with his passion in getting into politics, with plans of being a junior senator at some point.

Being mostly out in LA gives him a sense of pride because of the environment that he enjoys so much.

As long as business remained great, he knew he was doing something right. Clearly, his network associated with him meeting new clients on the golf course, was a strategy that paid dividends.

This content is simply written to state that people are not always defined by their background, but more so by their character, defining who they are, and what steps they could take to engineer change for themselves, influencing others who felt hopeless due to experiences beyond their control.

Book is about a character named Davine Livermore. A brother from a Wandsworth council estate in Battersea, South West London.

It's a tale about music, progression and romance, reflected in the way he shows commitment to selling his units, despite being an unsigned MC.

However, he is a ladies man known for being adventurous. A moment arises where he is caught out for two-timing his lady Tanyi, who walks out his life.

Now, he has a task on his hand. Davine needs to ensure that he is able to win back the heart of Tanyi, as he feels lost without her.
