We are leaving this infernal app. The fate of #canlitpit is up in the air. We may attempt a Discord based event like #dvpit is doing, or we may try something else. It will depend on what the editors prefer. Keep an eye on our website for updates. There will be no 2023 event. π
With the most recent changes taken into account, it has become clear that X/Twitter is not the right platform for holding a fun, safe, and accessible pitch event like #canlitpit. There will be no canlitpit event in 2023. We will be exploring other sm for a possible 2024 reboot.
As the very tired organizer of this event, I would love and appreciate your retweet, even if you don't think you know anyone in the area. π

@Sleepless_inyyc At this time, no date has been set for the next #canlitpit. We're on a semi-hiatus at the moment, but even without that, we are waiting to see the fate of Twitter in the first half of the year before making a decision. If it happens this year, it won't be until the fall.
