@Lowes Can you do better than this? I need a crew to move a washer/dryer less than 20 feet from my dining room to my basement. Apparently Home Depot's delivery company is unable to do this.

@HomeDepot Your delivery crew couldn't finish an install & left a washer/dryer in my dining room 2weeks ago. I've had 3 failed appointments & support suggested I hire an independent contractor to finish the job instead. Come get your appliances because I'm breaking up with you!

@consumerist @harryhairston I've spoken with dozens of people who have had downright awful experiences with Home Depot. You may want to consider running a story because a LOT of people are unhappy!
