Could be corparate math makes more sense. You can prob. write off your taxes 100% of what they are shelving. Maybe their math makes sense. Plus, no brand damage. And maybe a write off against deals. Many reasons this makes sense.

This 👇👇👇 Because the economics of 22 a season are excellent for writers. Reruns pay. And the work is so demanding you need staffs of 6+ just to get it done. It's really a "put a writer to work" solution. And Fall TV season launch was a total joy to be anticipated.
