Chelsey Jones led behavior staff in an activity demonstrating the power of visual supports using Play-Doh. Teams followed instructions in a foreign language, English, or visuals. The team with visuals easily built a dinosaur! #VisualSupports

Today, the Behavior Support team kicked off Verbal Deescalation training for staff at Main Street Academy. Participants explored personal boundaries through a powerful activity, learning that everyone's comfort 'bubble' is unique and influenced by different factors.
