void fishing is back!

Our game, void fishing, was deleted on Friday due to a DMCA takedown request from an AI ran by @Tracer_AI on behalf of Mojang. The problem? The game had no infringing content. The asset in question was a thumbnail that contained a Skyblock Island. One thumbnail, with one asset, was enough to warrant the entire game's deletion, even though the game itself was not infringing (Sidenote, on the day this happened, a hand-curated game on Today's Picks had Minecraft content in it, and much more than ours!). Support has been utterly useless in helping us restore our game, which contains no copyrighted materials. At this point, we are not very hopeful for its return, but will keep fighting. Huge thanks to everyone that has been patient as we get through this! @Roblox

Also, while we have the option to file a counter-notice, and could possibly win that case as the claim was against the game rather than the thumbnail, we would need a lawyer which is not an option financially. It would be opening the doors to a potential lawsuit that we cannot afford.
