@ELOQUII - Your customer service is HORRIBLE!! I was waiting to speak to someone for over 25mins. Got someone, and they hung up on me! Called back, got someone else and they hung up on me! The WORST!!!!
@Cignaquestions I should not have to email you for help. The reps you “train” SHOULD speak English and be ABLE to assist. And if you ask for a supervisor or another rep, you should NOT be hung up on!!

I had been on hold with a rep from the Philippines for 1hr 52min with NO assistance. Then when I ask for a rep in the states, I am hung up on only to start the process again! Someone NEEDS to assist me! The patients should not have to suffer!
@AnthemBCBS You have outsourced your work to incompetent people, who when asked, WON’T provide a supervisor to speak with. I am trying to get an auth for my patients and CAN’T even get help!! Sad, so, so Sad!
@AnthemBCBS is the absolute WORST insurance company ever! I have been on hold for 44min50sec TODAY!! And yesterday, hung up on twice, transferred twice, and then put on hold for over 40mins! Just the WORST!
