We have made the difficult decision to cancel this event. There are a number of conflicting events on this day resulting in a significant reduction in players. It was not an easy decision to make, but the club looks forward to reorganising events for 2023.

The National Titles for Special Olympics Australia were recently held in Launceston. Wynnum GC was represented by (left to right): Peter Donald, Tash Tennent and Brendan Borger.

Brendan Borger won a silver medal in the 54-hole net event. Leading after 2 rounds he was pipped by 1 shot by a NSW competitor with a net 61 in the final round. Peter Donald played in a unified event in a foursomes format, winning silver, just one shot behind the winners.
