Just watched #catchacopper on @Channel4 and it’s actually horrific and watching it back these officers should be ashamed of themselves instead of trying to justify what they have done and mistakes they have made!!

@easyJet223 There is no surprise I haven’t received a call and also my claim for compensation has been denied as you cannot find my flight information I have submitted - do you just make everything so awkward?

So yesterday @easyJet boarded us onto a plan from Edinburgh to Amsterdam and then decided to tell us it was delayed from 0700 until 1100. It went from weather issues to issues with the tarmac. (1 of 3)

We are now on a flight and the captain has just confirmed it’s 34 degrees in the cabin due to an issue with the doors on the previous flight and people disembarking the flight!!! @easyJet

We were then greeting at the boarding gate I’m Amsterdam by rude members of staff who shouted at us and threatened to cancel our flight. This is ridiculous and with no explanation from @easyJet makes me angry as to why I’ve had to waste numerous hours in an airport. (3 of 3)

Today I was then due to board a flight from Amsterdam to Edinburgh at 1655 and was delayed until boarding now at 2202 with a 4.5 voucher and NO explanation at all as to why we were delayed. (2 of 3) @easyJet

I’d love to go back to a time with no social media - a time when reading the news didn’t make me wonder what a horrible world our children will grow up in - when you could say things without it being taken the wrong way and everyone wasn’t offended! That would be nice!
