@kushika_twt Even if thay goods gst was not revised from 18 to 5 . And the previous MRP stands . The mrp still includes the gst and they cannot charge more than that .

@kushika_twt Yes it's. Illegal bill. The pack clearly says the MRP is 50 . And the same must be written on the back where the best before and batch number is mentioned search of the mentioned HSN war earlier in 18% slab and now in 5% if so 50₹ MRP was inclusive of 18% GST .

@kushika_twt Which now should be charged only 5% .If it were 18% that makes the base price 42.37₹ with 3.81₹ cgst and 3.81₹ sgst. And with revised rate new mrp should be 44.48₹ they cannot charge more that 44.48 even if the pack says 50₹ because market doesn't have have revisedbmrp label
