@MaxInvestor89 There was a glitch last night that caused a delay in the file being uploaded before 5pm. OTC was contacted this morning by a HIHI rep and OTC is fixing that quickly. Will be back to current shortly. Was an issue out of HIHI's control with the upload issue.

In preparation for $HIHI filing their 6.30.23 audited fins, XA will be publishing a screened proof of assets from our accounting firm, confirming land/oil/gas assets under management, and preparing the merging of the books between both companies.

@JayV80 XA, along with our law firms and accountants are very transparent regarding our assets and value. Prior to the audited fins, a confirmation of assets is important to XA to show transparency, and support shareholder confidence.

@MaxInvestor89 Merger closed after HIHI 6/30 year end. XA will pick up this quarter. XA will release confirmed assets/valuation by our accounting firm in the interim while the books are in the process of being merged, and continue audited from here on out, positioning to uplist.
