However those who are willing to buy them may not be always wanting to buy at 2X so they put an offer to buy the coin at 18USD, so if u sold at that time, u would have agreed to it.

If u were to buy, you would have taken that offer of 25 per coin, and if you were to sell, you were to sell at the offering price of 18 per coin...

No one buys then sells immediately... Usually we wait for price to go up significantly then sell.
