I need urgent help from @Bybit_Official and even @BybitAfrica

On Saturday around 3:00 AM, I sold 400 USDT to a trader called CheapcoinsNG on the Bybit P2P platform. The buyer paid ₦559,560 to my bank account, but immediately after the transaction, he reported the payment as fraudulent to his bank.

Now my bank has restricted my account because of that report.

When I went to the bank, they told me the report came from the buyer’s side. This means he collected my 400 USDT and then flagged the payment so he wouldn’t have to pay for it.

I have been messaging him on the Bybit P2P chat, but he is not responding. I also submitted an appeal to Bybit, but I have not received any response yet.

My bank is now telling me that the only way they can lift the restriction is if I return the ₦558,560 to the buyer. That means I will lose both my 400 USDT and the money.

This situation is extremely frustrating and unfair.

@Bybit_Official please look into this case urgently. I have also checked his past reviews and there are already several bad complaints about him.

I will attach screenshots of the reviews and transaction details below.
