@Ststansberry I've used Google Translate to communicate with students and parents. I have it on my phone and it can translate text in real time. This allows me to communicate with non English speakers while I use Duolingo to work on learning Spanish. @tom_karnes @CSUBTEDAV

@doctor2pi I'd recommend https://t.co/qTetk6DWiW I use them to make interactable slides to spruce up when I have to present information. Students can highlight a slide, answer multiple choice questions,, write short responses, draw mustaches on Henry VIII, etc. @tom_karnes #csubTEDAV

@doctor2pi Technology can be used in a variety of ways. Apps like Parentsquare can be used to maintain an open line of communication from the teacher to the parents, while parents check their student's grades from home on powerschool. #CSUBTED @tom_karnes
