@XHomebase_uk Ive been backwards and forwards with ???? A bot, Ai who knows incomplete delivery, then no customer services contact no.... I wont be a returning customer.... I think having noone to actually speak to is beyond poor service. If not resolved within the 48hrs itll be returned.

@Homebase_help do you ever answer your customer emails with valid concerns? My lights arrived completely smashed yesterday no replies from CS and I’m still dealing with shards of glass and splinters in my hands and table !!!
