@DaPokeGT some save up usually it's like Figure gets announced, then figure gets Prototype, then pre order open and then the release which gives time to save up
others go into debt (which I don't recommend)
others can simply afford it without saving up

for me the thrill is kinda gone cause things are readily available it's no longer a bidding war on certain platforms
also the sheer amount Bracerguild is dropping is to overwhelming even for someone like me

what you meant is the Fuuton Rasengan which he did after successfully combining the wind element with his Rasengan which after perfecting it became the Shuriken
