Many industries (particularly entertainment, tech) benefit from the population density in CA. Access to talent, investors, business opportunities, etc. are all attractive reasons to stay. Not to mention our lifestyle.

Though inconvenient, one can find other ways to a poll or, goodness, maybe this is why mail-in voting is important for house-bound or others with limited mobility!
