I find the fact that private companies like Mastercard/Visa and SpaceX can enforce terms of service on sovereignties distasteful. Elon Musk literally tapped his ToS to "uhmmm akshully" a country using SpaceX military terminals for a military purpose, which in this specific case, are missile and drone interceptors that fly at over 100MPH in order to stop children and civilian infrastructure from getting blown up.
