@AsdaServiceTeam hi Asda, I've been trying to place an order online since Friday but both website and app just go blank on me after I try to log in. I rang the helpline and been told to restart/reinstall/retry but nothing works and it is still an issue.

@DVSAEnforcement There's so many dodgy MOT testers, I'm buying a car rn and half of them offer fresh MOT even with EML on or completely bald tires. A 10 year old car's advisories about brakes disappear since last test but also there's no proof of any work done and handbrake is non-existent. Sure.

@Matalan where is my order? Store is now closed and I've never received my email despite ordering before 6pm for next day delivery. I checked the store at 4pm and item wasn't there. Why offer next day delivery (and charge for it) if it doesn't happen with no explanation why???

@AldiUK not this again. My click and collect groceries order was missing ALL perishables and when I spoke to the store manger, they provided some of the items and instructed me to call CS for a refund. I've been on hold for 20mins. What's going on guys, you used to be so good! ☹️

@AldiUK despite a marvellous service so far today my click and collect order was missing ALL frozen items! Your member of staff helped me bagging and putting my shop into my car so I didn't realise until I got home. What can be done to sort it out?

@sainsburys please help! Unforeseen circumstances 😢 can I please cancel my click and collect order for tonight? Phone lines are so busy, I've been on hold for 35 minutes so far. My order number is 468361187
