1. it's very clear from the ledger state that funds that were accessible via PK ceased to be, and then were DROPPED from the ledger, and new funds were minted into wallets under CH's direction
2. it was an active CHOICE by the IOG team to cause those funds to not be spendable earlier, as revealed by a key IOG engineer in a recorded twitter space, and that this was NOT desired to be shared publicly
3. no cease and desist letter was sent
4. i was not sued
5. the CF did NOT run the audit, CH/charles paid retained BDO (the same firm that is embroiled in recent First Brands + Supermicro scandals) to look at the process. BDO notes that they were NOT able to compel any evidence but only could look at what IOG gave them.
6. the ledger rewrite actually occured via undocumented node upgrade, with a surreptitious payload that no validators knew existed. to this day, Cardano has a single node implementation and is susceptible to the same ledger attack (undocumented payload intentionally obscured by maintainer)
