Permission Delegation lets one account give another account limited jobs, like sending payments or approving customers, without handing over its keys. Banks already split duties this way.
Support slipped, so the countdown reset. Now 28 of the 34 computers that vote on changes say yes, and 27 are needed. If that holds for 14 straight days, the earliest it can go live is Oct 8.

A company built to hold $XRP could be on Nasdaq soon.
On Sept 30, shareholders vote on merging Armada Acquisition Corp. II with Evernorth. If it passes and closes, the plan is to trade as XRPN.
Ripple, SBI, Pantera and Kraken are among the backers. Nothing is guaranteed until the vote.
