Marketcap is harder to calc because you would have to reliably calculate the circulating supply.

Minor update: When an Issued Token is sent back to its Issuer, we visually show it as a token burn transaction. Sending a token back to the issuer reduces that token's supply:

The ability to issue and trade IOUs on a DEX was a genuine advancement in the capabilities of blockchains, introduced by the XRPL.

It’s amazing that almost a decade in and people don’t know about the XRP Ledger and its basic built-in functionality.
