@TequestaChief That’s not what he’s saying at all lol. The companies that don’t have power already secured are cooked, which doesn’t include IREN or NBIS
@EndicottInvests Explain to me why we’re making up rumors about it being Anthropic? It’s childish tbh and it’s the type of rumor that sets up bad expectations for people to get upset for no reason.
Nobody is ready for this on $KEEL
The last two times we saw these DCA Verdicts:
1. +705% return
2. +339% gain
+8% since original commentary inside @wealthmatica phenomenal Keel stock report.
If you are against data centers, you should immediately cease:
Online banking
Streaming shows
Using social media
Storing photos and files in the cloud
Engaging in e-commerce/online shopping
Participating in video calls
Online gaming
Etc.
@jqhary@Deplee2 You’re pretty critical. Shapiro’s EO came out later in the day yesterday and this article was released first thing this morning with the statement. Hence, they commented yesterday evening to the media company
JUST IN: Virginia’s Loudoun County expects $1.3 billion in data center tax revenue next year, helping the county cut residents’ property taxes by roughly 30% over the past decade.
$KEEL is the clearest example of the land and power mispricing happening right now as KEEL flirts with the $3 level.
Pennsylvania's new data center guardrails raise the bar for future buildout, sure. However, they don't touch what Keel has already secured. They only raise the cost of entry for competitors trying to catch up on land and power from scratch.
That's the mechanism. Scarcity gets more valuable when the barrier to acquiring it goes up, not less.
Permits slip. Headlines shake out weak hands. The megawatts don't move. Patience is the only move left right now.
Well there you have it - Sharon city manager comments on how great KEEL has been to work with and KEEL makes a statement in this situation. See article. $KEEL

This would add to the scarcity effect and increased need of AI Infrastusture if newer players have to jump through hurdles. Doesn’t sound like $KEEL should have those problems.
I think this could be an overreaction to the Shapiro news.
If Ben and the team have already submitted the environmental permits like they’ve stated, and we already have the infrastructure then this could be EXTREMELY POSITIVE for $KEEL .
