The threat actor GordonFreeman (linked to the L4TAMFUCK3RS group) has claimed responsibility for breaching the Ubiquiti UISP management panel used to manage CANTV's ABA Ultra fiber optic network in eastern Venezuela. The attacker claims to have exfiltrated the exact location and technical specifications of the entire GPON infrastructure in the area.

🎯 Affected Entity: CANTV (ABA Ultra Network - Fiber Optic).

👤 Threat Actors: GordonFreeman, Izanagi, cantpwn, YoSoyGroot.

📍 Geographic Scope: Eastern Region (Anzoátegui, Monagas, Nueva Esparta).

📂 Data Volume: 7,500 residential profiles and 4,000 network devices (OLT/ONU).

📊 ANALYSIS OF EXPOSED ASSETS (PII AND NETWORK)

User Information (7,500 records):

Identity and Contact: Full names, National Identity Card (V-), email addresses, and phone numbers.

Residential Profiles: Exact addresses in areas such as Lechería, Puerto La Cruz (Anzoátegui), Maturín (Monagas), and Pampatar/Porlamar (Nueva Esparta).

Finances: Contracted plans, prices paid in VES, and connection status.

Technical Infrastructure (4,000 devices):

Node Mapping: The attacker possesses precise GPS coordinates, altitudes, and elevations of the OLT and ONU devices.

Unique Identifiers: MAC addresses, serial numbers, hostnames (linked to the client name), and firmware versions.

Operational Status: CPU load, RAM usage, voltages, temperatures, and uptime.

🔍 TECHNICAL EVIDENCE (VECTORS AND SAMPLES)

The attacker provided blocks of JSON code that validate network access:

Example Device 1: Ubiquiti ONU in "Vista Golf" (Anzoátegui), client Alexis Suarez. Coordinates: 10.134813, -64.682479.

Example User 6656: Maturín Municipality Mayor's Office / Road Institute. 300MB plan exposed.

Example User 5424: Customer in Pampatar, Nueva Esparta, with UBNT585591F8 equipment.

🛡️ CRITICAL RISKS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

🚫 Physical Sabotage Threat: The attacker explicitly states that the information serves as a "blueprint" to carry out physical sabotage against network nodes, taking advantage of the exfiltrated exact coordinates.

⚠️ Account Compromise: The exfiltrated emails and phone numbers will be used for mass phishing campaigns and targeted scams.

🔒 Action for CANTV / Operators:

Immediately close external access to UISP/Ubiquiti panels.

Rotate administrative credentials and OLT access keys.

Physically monitor fiber optic distribution points at the reported coordinates for potential infrastructure attacks.
