Menstruation tends to take a lot of strength and causes stress to body
It is important to be gentle and extremely loving to yourself because you're going through a lot of changes
Take a conscious effort to move a little during period
Don't just lay on the bed ,try to move so that the muscles tension will be released
Gentle movements like doing yoga and talking short walks will do
Also drink lots of water constantly throughout the day so as to ensure easy flow of blood and you are to drink lukewarm water, not too hot and not too cold
No cold water o funke no chilled soda o
First thing in the morning is to drink a hot cup of water ( just water oo no beverages or coffee o 😅)
This helps to dissolve blood clots and relieve the tension going on inside the body
