They are all different spaces with their own communities and their own cliques. They have their own culture and different priorities.

I’m not going to say someone is not a born again believer because they don’t want to adopt the “Christian vtuber/content creator” label. I’m also not going to assume that everyone who DOES claim that label is saved. You will know them by their fruit.

I personally don’t like the “Christian vtuber” tag, although I do use it. I am a Christian and I’m not ashamed of that at all. However, I don’t “identify” with the Christian vtuber community. I feel as though I don’t fit in and content creation/clout are not priorities. I don’t like the cliques and the bully behavior in the Christian vtuber community.

Now if someone drops “Christian” from their identity, I think that’s where we need to see what the reason is rather than making the assumption that they’re ashamed of their faith or that they were never born again to begin with. Maybe they just want to be a Christian who makes content. Look at their fruit.

Does any other streamer/content creator/vtuber also feel like this sometimes? In my 5 years of streaming I’ve never been able to get over it! Sure, it’s gotten better but it’s never gone away.
