Jade is another artist in the XXIX collective. Jade’s works focuses on geometric abstraction, colour and line; particularly in relation to how forms change depending on perspective. #artinsociety#irregularforms
XXIX is a collective of 29 Liverpool based artists. Steph is one of these artists and has been producing work about the impact that alcohol can have on individuals in society, specifically in relation to their close relationships and mental and physical health. #artinsociety
Art is created by humans. Humans exist in society, and so does what we make. Art isn’t naturally occurring. The person who created it has a race, and a gender, a culture, and a society, and biases, and preferences, and life experiences. Art can create and break bonds between us.
