@BankofAmerica After spending one hour on Hold waiting for an agent I can’t believe how RUDE and unprofessional your agents and management can be. Spoke with one of your supervisors which was helpless and rude to your costumer for 10 years!What a great way to loose a costumer SMH

@TMobile so upset and aggravated with your Costumer Service I spend one hour on hold to talk to your agents and when they finally answer my called none of the agents or supervizor “Josh” was able to help me at all. They were just very unprofessional and rude.
